She’s graced the stage for 59 years now—with no plans to close the curtain any time soon. Our ‘Friday Face’ this week is English film legend, Dame Maggie Smith. You might recognize her from Hook or the Harry Potter film series, but we’re all about her Emmy winning performances in Downton Abbey. Her wit as Violet Crawley, the Dowager Countess of Grantham is another reason to tune into the British period drama.

Her character’s dry humor and quips like, “no one wants to kiss a girl in black” are apparently a perfect fit for the actress. The series’ creator, Julian Fellows has said she “…has a unique sense of comedy, based on a somewhat ironic view of real life, making it both funnier and more sad.”

And Smith is no stranger to struggle—she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2007 and even considered leaving the theatre. She’s since made a full recovery and we admire her strength to continue acting. For Smith it seemed the show must go on—and we’re excited to keep watching.

Being in this business for over 5 years, I tguohht how good could RE9 Advanced be. I used all of the steps in the sample pack at NTC and I felt an immediate difference. My skin felt tighter and firmer. Having very oily skin, the old RE9 day creme was not a fit for me, but this time using all of the daytime steps I was not reaching for my personalizer AT ALL! 1 week after using these products, my skin looked amazing. I was blown away with this line. Arbonne hit the mark this time with both RE9 Advanced and Arbonne Cosmetics. If you are concerned with the price increase, do your homework these products are a steal at these prices!
