What You Should Know Abt Whitening Strips

Sing bye, bye, birdie to your morning (and afternoon) cups of coffee, your possible addiction to red wine and your favorite four dollar mocha frapps. If you're whitening your teeth then it's time to say goodbye to the delicious, dark, and discoloring drinks that you love- just for 48 hours. On the brighter side, you will save some calories, that is assuming you don't make up for them in two servings of cheesecake, which will be my natural response. And you'll have a whiter smile, hello gorgeous!

The solution strips surface stains on the enamel by exposing microscopic gaps that become like an open door to any new stains, hence the dark drink ditch. See? Smart!

So if you're whitening, just beware of your overly friendly teeth then continue to dazzle your admirers!

Bee Tee Dub, I hope whitening strips are not named simply after the shape.  It seems a bit rudimentary, don’t you think? Strips make sense in more ways than one. Interesting, no?

Do you whiten your teeth? What method do you use?

xo, Tamar
